Khinkali — are traditional Georgian dumplings with a juicy meat filling, wrapped in dough in the form of a bag with a tail. Boiled in water and served hot. They are distinguished by their rich taste and the presence of broth inside.

The classic composition of khinkali:
– Dough
– Beef and pork
– Onions (a lot, finely chopped)
– Broth (for juiciness)
– Salt and black pepper
– Greens (cilantro)

Features:
They are molded in the form of a bag with pinches and a “tail”.
When boiled, a fragrant meat broth is formed inside.
