SOLYANKA
Solyanka — is a thick, rich soup of Russian cuisine with a sour and aroma taste. It is prepared on meat broth from 5 types of meat with the addition of pickles, olives, tomato paste and spices. It is distinguished by its dense consistency and bright taste.
Solyanka is often served with a slice of lemon, sour cream, herbs and rye bread, and is considered an ideal dish for a hearty lunch.
