Prepared in a rich pork broth with the addition of fresh beets, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions and tomatoes. Served hot with sour cream and fresh herbs.

It has a distinctive ruby-red colour and aroma that combines the sweet and sour notes of vegetables and the richness of meat broth.
Optionally – with garlic, lard and rye bread.
