VINEGRET

Vinegret — is a traditional Russian salad made from boiled vegetables (beets, potatoes, carrots) with the addition of pickles, green peas and onions. Dressed with vegetable oil. It has a bright taste and a characteristic pink color due to the beets.

Ingredients of classic vinaigrette:
– Boiled beets
– Boiled potatoes
– Boiled carrots
– Pickled cucumbers
– Green peas
– Onions or green onions
– Vegetable oil (usually sunflower)
– Salt and pepper – to taste
