GREEN CURRY
Thai Green Curry is a spicy Thai dish with coconut milk and green curry paste. It is prepared with chicken, vegetables and fresh herbs. It has a rich taste with the aroma of lime, basil and spices. Served with rice.
Classic green curry with chicken:
– Chicken fillet or thigh
– Green curry paste
– Coconut milk
– Thai eggplant (green balls) or regular
– Bell pepper or green beans
– Kaffir lime leaves
– Lemongrass (optional)
– Fish sauce
– Sugar (usually palm)
– Lime juice (to taste)
– Fresh Thai basil (holy basil)
– Hot green chili (to taste)
Served hot with boiled jasmine rice.
